Bell Choir

Bell Choir Rehearsal There is a small group of ringers who make up the handbell choir. As more people become interested in handbells, the size of the group and the difficulty of the music will grow. We have been very pleased with the beautiful addition to worship that the handbells have contributed. The group plays at least once each month and rehearses at 6:30pm on Wednesdays.

Choir

The Choir singing the Offertory on the Day of Pentecost

The Adult choir leads the music at the 11:00am worship service each week. In addition to leading the congregational singing, the choir also performs an offertory anthem, which is chosen to complement the other aspects of the service.

The choir rehearses each Wednesday evening from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. There is also a rehearsal each Sunday at 10:15 prior to the morning service, and immediately following the service there is an opportunity for those who will be away on Wednesday to have a brief rehearsal with the organist.

Coffee Hour

Each member of the church takes a turn setting up simple snacks for the fellowship time after the 11:00am service. The church provides coffee, lemonade and cookies.

Episcopal Church Women (ECW)

The ECW (Episcopal Church Women) is a social and service organization for the women of Grace Memorial. Women of all ages are invited to attend the meetings held the first Monday of the month (September – May) at 10:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.

Every Christmas the ECW sponsors a needy family. The ladies set up a giving tree with gift ideas for the congregation to purchase.

Watch for the ECW’s yearly yard and bake sale at the end of April. The women collect “trash and treasure” items all year for this monster of a sale. The proceeds of the sale fund the ladies’ service projects for the year. Some projects include:
